Gayle Whittaker MAR MFHT
Hi and thank you for visiting my website.
I’m a qualified reflexologist, aromatherapist and Bowen Therapy practitioner. I am registered with the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and am fully insured.
After 30 years of working in journalism and PR, I have retrained in holistic therapies so I can spend the next chapter of my life fulfilling my lifelong dream of having my own therapy business.
I am particularly passionate about working with women to help them improve their mental and physical health and well-being through complementary therapies, at whatever stage of life they are at. I am also passionate about Bowen Therapy - the newest therapy I have added to my toolkit, which is proving to be an amazing treatment for many of my clients.
I love nothing more than listening to my clients and helping them to achieve a feeling of calm and balance through reflexology, Bowen and aromatherapy. I also offer face, neck & shoulder massage with a full skincare consultation using products from the naturally derived brand Tropic Skincare.
