Essential Oils can have a powerful affect on our physical and emotional well-being which is why I make my own aromatherapy products using only 100% natural ingredients.

My first two hand and foot creams - Sleep Soundly and Women’s Balance - are the result of working with my reflexology clients to formulate blends that help with the most common issues I was seeing in my treatment room, trouble with sleeping and hormonal imbalances. The creams are available through my shop below at £12.50 each for a 120 ml jar.

As we head into 2025 I plan to launch a range of digital products to support women on their wellness journey, as well as some more physical aromatherapy goodies.
